No. Sky Rebate Travels is not a retail travel agency. We are a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider that operates under formal agreements with U.S.-based travel brands, offering backend sales, reservations, and customer support operations.

We operate from India for the U.S. market. Alias names are used to improve verbal clarity, reduce linguistic barriers, and build trust with American consumers. This is an industry-standard practice for international voice-based BPOs, as long as the identity of the company is clearly disclosed during the call.

We collect credit card details only after obtaining consent from the passenger to proceed with the reservation. This data is input securely into the PCI DSS-compliant merchant system of the authorized travel partner we serve. The process adheres to:

• Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS)
• FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)

Sky Rebate does not issue tickets under its own entity. We book tickets only through GDS access and ticketing credentials of our client travel brands, who authorize us to act as their fulfillment or support partner.

Yes. Every transaction is preceded by email consent or recorded verbal authorization. This aligns with:

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on deceptive practices

Yes, when permitted by the client travel brand. We may upsell:

No. Sky Rebate Travels follows a “No Win, No Charge” policy. Charges are applied only when the confirmed service is delivered and documented consent is received from the passenger.

No. All transactions are routed through the merchant account of the actual service provider (i.e., the travel brand we represent). We do not collect or process payments in our own bank accounts.

No. Bookings are made through our partner platforms such as www.travelmerry.com. Sky Rebate Travels operates only as the backend support provider, not a consumer-facing booking site.

No. Sky Rebate Travels does not run its own advertisements. All marketing and traffic generation are handled by the partner travel brands who engage us. We operate strictly as their BPO.

Yes. We provide consultation and support services on behalf of our partners, even for passengers who didn’t book through them. Services include:

• Flight changes/cancellations
• Refund assistance
• Seat/baggage help

Once documented consent is received, we process requests through the authorized brand systems.

No. We open calls with a neutral phrase, such as:

“Thank you for calling reservations.”

We do not falsely represent any airline, cruise line, or hotel brand. Instead, we:

✔ Clearly disclose our role and the brand we represent.
✔ Proceed only after explicit passenger consent is given.

Yes. Our partner brands may charge up to 40% of the recoverable value, but only if the agreed-upon result (refund or change) is successfully processed. This model ensures customers pay only for outcomes, not intentions.

Yes. Refunds are provided in line with:

✔ The fare rules of the airline
✔ The Department of Transportation (DOT) 24-Hour Refund Policy, which states:

“If a flight is canceled within 24 hours of purchase and the ticket was purchased at least 7 days before departure, the passenger is entitled to a full refund.”

Beyond 24 hours, refund eligibility is determined by the ticket type and airline policy.

Yes. Once confirmed, the passenger receives a valid airline PNR, which can be used to verify the booking directly on the airline's website or by calling their official customer service.

Absolutely. All data is handled under:
