B. Workplace Behavior & Language

C. Customer Handling & Service Responsibility

D. Rumors, Misconduct & Reputation Protection
- Spreading rumors, misinformation, or negative statements is strictly prohibited

E. Sales Call Responsibility (Shift Closure Rule)
- If engaged in a live call at shift end:
- The employee must complete the transaction
- Proper coordination with backend/delivery team is mandatory
Violation:
- Loss of sale credit
- Incentive deduction
4. FLOOR CONTROL POLICY (STRICT)
Prohibited Items on Floor:
- Mobile phones
- Smart watches / recording devices
- USB drives / external storage
- Personal laptops or gadgets
- Bags (unless authorized)
All personal belongings must be deposited before entering operational areas.
Consequences of Violation:
- Immediate disciplinary action
- Heavy salary deduction
- Full incentive cancellation
- Repeated violations β termination
5. DATA SECURITY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION POLICY
Mandatory Rule:
π All customer financial and personal data must be handled ONLY through authorized CRM systems
Strictly Prohibited:
- Noting customer financial/card data on:
- Paper
- Personal devices
- Any unauthorized platform
- Sharing or storing sensitive data outside company systems
6. SYSTEM USAGE & INTERNET POLICY
Strictly Prohibited:
- Accessing non-business or unauthorized platforms, including:
- YouTube / streaming platforms
- Gaming websites
- E-commerce platforms (non-travel related)
- Social media (unless authorized)
- Any suspicious or irrelevant external links
Monitoring Clause:
- All systems are actively monitored (logs, browsing history, activity tracking)
Consequences:
- Salary deduction up to 30% for the month
- Full incentive/perk cancellation
- Repeated violations β termination
7. LEGAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK
Sky Rebate Travels Pvt Ltd operates under strict compliance with applicable Indian laws. Employees are required to adhere to the following:
A. Information Technology Act, 2000 & IT Amendment Act, 2008
Covers system access, data misuse, and cyber offences.
Includes:
- Section 43 β Unauthorized access/damage
- Section 66 β Computer-related offences
- Section 66C/66D β Identity theft & impersonation
B. IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011
Regulates handling of sensitive personal and financial data.
C. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Governs lawful collection, processing, and protection of personal data.

8. INCENTIVES, BONUSES & PERKS POLICY

Zero or Lowest Eligibility Applies If:

Company Rights:
- Hold, reduce, cancel, or reverse incentives

9. EXIT POLICY & ABSCONDING RULES
- Formal resignation is mandatory
- WhatsApp or verbal resignation is invalid
Absconding Includes:
- Leaving without notice
- No communication
Consequences:
- Immediate termination
- Full forfeiture of incentives/perks
- Salary settlement delay/adjustment
10. DEDUCTIONS & FINANCIAL CONTROL
The company reserves the right (as per applicable laws and agreements) to:
- Apply salary deductions for violations
- Deduct up to 30% of salary in serious misconduct cases
- Cancel incentives and perks
- Adjust dues against:
- Customer disputes
- Chargebacks
- Financial or reputational loss
11. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
- Systems, calls, and activities are monitored
- Immediate action may be taken without prior notice
12. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
- Sky Rebate Travels Pvt Ltd holds absolute authority to:
- Interpret and enforce this policy
- Modify rules at any time
- Take decisions in companyβs best interest

- By working with the company, employees:

- Accept financial and legal consequences of violations
