- Approve or reject any payout
- Delay, revise, or cancel incentives without prior notice
Incentives will be considered only after complete evaluation, including:
- Performance
- Quality of work
- Compliance with company policies
- Customer satisfaction and dispute records
Lowest or zero eligibility will apply in cases where:
- Employee exits without proper handover
- Notice period is not served
- Any misconduct or policy violation is observed
The company may withhold or reverse incentives in case of:
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Customer disputes
- Any financial or reputational risk caused by the employee
No employee shall claim incentives as a guaranteed earning component
3. Notice Period & Exit Discipline
Employees are required to serve full notice period as per company policy
Any employee who:
- Leaves abruptly
- Stops responding
- Resigns informally (including WhatsApp, calls, or verbal communication)
will be treated as absconding
Consequences of Absconding / Improper Exit:
- Immediate termination of employment status
- Forfeiture of all incentives, bonuses, and perks
- Salary settlement may be:
- Delayed
- Adjusted against losses or liabilities
- No experience letter / relieving support may be provided until full compliance
4. Misconduct & Reputation Damage
Any employee found involved in the following will face strict action:
- Spreading false information, rumors, or negative statements about the company
- Attempting to mislead clients, employees, or third parties
- Damaging the company’s brand image, goodwill, or operations
- Sharing internal information outside the organization
Consequences:
- Immediate termination
- Permanent disqualification from any benefits
- Legal action may be initiated in serious cases
5. Communication & Professional Conduct
- All official communication must be done through formal company channels
- Resignation or any critical communication through WhatsApp or informal means will not be considered valid
- Employees are expected to maintain professional integrity at all times
6. Final Settlement Conditions
Full and final settlement will be processed only after:
- Proper exit formalities
- Complete handover
- Clearance from all departments
The company reserves the right to:
- Hold payments for review
- Adjust dues against any losses caused
7. Management Rights
- Sky Rebate Travels Pvt Ltd reserves complete authority to:
- Interpret this policy
- Take decisions in the best interest of the company
- Modify, enforce, or override any clause as required
8. Acknowledgment
By working with Sky Rebate Travels Pvt Ltd, all employees are deemed to have accepted these terms in full, whether explicitly signed or not.
