4. Enforcement & Consequences
Sky Rebate Travels Pvt Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Any violation will result in strict disciplinary action:
4.1 Possession of Narcotic Substances
- Immediate action will be taken
- Heavy deduction in salary and all perks/benefits
- Further disciplinary review may follow
4.2 Consumption / Being Under Influence
- Employee will be asked to leave the organization immediately
- Final settlement will be processed after 45 days
- No perks, incentives, or additional benefits will be provided
4.3 Serious Violations
In cases involving repeated offenses, distribution, or severe misconduct:
- The matter may be escalated legally
- Company reserves the right to involve law enforcement authorities
5. Inspection & Monitoring
- The company reserves the right to conduct random checks or inspections if suspicious activity is observed
- Employees are expected to cooperate fully with any internal investigation
6. Responsibility of Employees
All employees are expected to:
- Maintain professionalism and discipline at all times
- Report any suspicious or non-compliant behavior to management
- Uphold the company’s reputation and workplace standards
7. Management Rights
