Internal Committee (IC) – POSH Compliance

Sky Rebate Travels Pvt. Ltd. (operated by RAN Technotonics Pvt. Ltd.) is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace. In line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, our Internal Committee (IC) has been duly formed to prevent and redress complaints of sexual harassment.

Our Zero-Tolerance Commitment

Any form of sexual harassment—verbal, physical, written, or digital—will not be tolerated.

All complaints will be handled fairly, confidentially, and without retaliation.

We uphold the dignity and safety of every employee, trainee, contractor, and visitor.

Composition of Internal Committee (IC)

Our IC is structured as per law, with a majority of women members, a senior woman as Presiding Officer, and representatives from different roles to ensure fairness and balance.

Timeline: Complaints must be filed within 3 months of the incident (extendable by another 3 months if justified).

If the complainant is unable to submit in writing, an IC member will assist in recording the statement.

Inquiry Process & Timelines

  1. Acknowledgement & Registration – Complaint is formally recorded.
  2. Notice Issuance – Both parties are informed and given fair opportunity.
  3. Hearing & Evidence – Witnesses and supporting documents may be examined.
  4. Completion of Inquiry – To be concluded within 90 days of complaint receipt.
  5. Report Submission – IC submits findings/recommendations to the employer within 10 days of completion.
  6. Employer Action – Taken within 60 days of receiving the IC’s report.

Confidentiality & Protection

All proceedings are conducted in strict confidentiality as per the POSH Act.

The identity of complainant, respondent, and witnesses will not be disclosed to anyone outside the IC.

The IC ensures protection against retaliation for complainants and witnesses.

Possible Actions & Outcomes

If allegations are proven, IC may recommend:

  • Written apology, counselling, or formal warning
  • Withholding of promotion or increment
  • Suspension or termination
  • Deduction from salary to compensate the aggrieved person (where appropriate)

If a complaint is found to be malicious or knowingly false (after proper inquiry), the IC may recommend disciplinary action. Mere inability to substantiate is not treated as false complaint.
